Pots of Possibility, Allotment Project

We are very excited to announce that, with the aim of enhancing our outdoor learning,  promoting sustainability and healthy eating we have been awarded a grant from Pots of Possibility  to develop our allotment space into a ‘forest school’ type learning experience. Our goal is to create an engaging and productive outdoor classroom that will benefit our preschool children and our wider community. The project will include the fencing of the allotment area, planting of trees, refurbishing of a shed into a learning space, and training staff to deliver a year-round curriculum that emphasizes the importance of nature, sustainability and healthy eating and of course growing lots and lots of produce that we will be able to share with the community.
